Box Opening Instructions
1) Unscrew the two screws on each side of the bottom of the box
2) Unfold box hem
3) Lift box upwards
4) Remove from stand
5) If a trim kit was purchased, remove it at this time
6) Remove the wood bracing with a ___ socket or box wrench
7) Remove stand from box base
8) Retain all packaging and materials
Installing Wheels, Leveling Pads or Anti-Vibration Mounts
1) On a protective surface (blanket, carpet, etc) slowly tip the stand over onto either the front or back of the stand while simultaneously holding the granite slab or wood & glass.
*** In the following steps be sure you do not rub the sides of the stand with the granite. We suggest using a protective tape or towels to isolate the granite from the powder coated finish of the stand
2) Slowly push the granite or allow it to tip outwards and while holding firmly pull it out.
3) After removal of the granite or wood & glass leave the stand lying down.
4) Locate the 4 clearance holes in each bottom corner of the stand.
5) There are 4 each 12mm nuts supplied with each stand. Place one at a time over each hole and screw in the appropriate wheel, leveling pad or anti-vibration mount.
6) Tighten nut, being careful not to over tighten
7) While the stand is on its side, replace the granite just the way it came out. (Only the wood and glass should be installed while the stand is upright)
8) Lift stand to upright position.
Trim Kit Installations
1) Remove the ¼-20nc button cap screws and wood from the protective
packaging.
2) Locate the top end of each trim piece (top is marked on back)
3) Place one piece at a time on the stand and insert hardware from the inside
of stand and finger tighten screws.
4) Repeat step #3 for remaining pieces.
5) After all pieces are installed, firmly tighten each piece being careful not to
over tighten.
